4.    HUMAN RESOURCES

A)    Discuss the revision of the Chief Administrator’s job description for Commissioner, Precinct Three – County Judge.

9.    NON-DEPARTMENTAL

Discuss increasing the filing-fee surcharge in statutory probate court from $20 to $40 in civil cases and from $10 to $15 in criminal cases as permitted by the Texas Local Government Code Section 51.704 – County Judge.

10.    LEGAL

Discuss Interlocal Agreement between Denton County and the Denco 9-1-1 District for an uninterrupted power supply – County Judge.

N)    Discuss a Master License Agreement between the State of Texas and Novell, Inc. and authorization for the County Judge to Execute the Government MLA Membership Form – County Judge.
