B)    Discuss award of bid for Surface Treatment Aggregate, Bid #06-99-1234, to Tim Beaty Builders, for Type D, Grade 4, for $13.90 per ton and TXI, for $13.25 per ton for Type D, Grade 3 – County Judge.

5.    SHERIFF

A)    Discuss an Interlocal Cooperation Contract between the Texas Department of Public Safety for the purchase of purchasing paper and supplies for Intoxilyzer Breath Test equipment – County Judge.

A)    Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress, and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

C)    Discuss the process and initial commitment of a formal SIB loan application consistent with both the financial and project schedule to meet a December 1999 deadline for completion of mainlanes for the SH 121 Bypass – Commissioner, Precinct Two.

D)    Discuss resolutions regarding Denton County Legislators for their work during the 76th Legislature – Commissioner, Precinct Three.

E)    Discuss a resolution recognizing The Denton Publishing Company and the Patterson Family – Commissioner, Precinct Three.

F)    Discuss a proclamation naming August 31st through September 3rd as "Doe Royal Week": in Denton County, Texas – Commissioner, Precinct Three.

A)    Discuss the Agreement for Title IV-D Program between the Office of the Attorney General and Denton County – County Judge.

B)    Discuss the selection of the Engineering Firm of Teague, Nall and Perkins as the Most Qualified pursuant to V.T.C.A. Section 2254.004(a) – County Judge.

C)    Discuss the Contract between Denton County and Freese and Nichols, Inc. for Environmental Services and Design for the FM 544 Capacity from State Highway 121 to Dozier Road in southeast Denton County – County Judge.

D)    Discuss an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Ambulance Services between Denton County and the City of Frisco – County Judge.

E)    Discuss an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Tax Collection between Denton County and Denton Independent School District – County Judge.
