E)    Approval of a $92,140.00 Grant from the U.S. Department of Justice to implement Section 241 (I) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide assistance to states and local governments that are incurring costs due to the incarceration of undocumented criminal aliens during the period 10/1/98 through 6/30/99 – County Judge.

Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 (1) (A): Kirbyville Independent School District, Individually, and on Behalf of All Political Subdivisions of the State of Texas vs. W.R. Grace & Co.- Conn, Civil Action No. 1:97CV347, pending in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas – County Judge.
