E)    Discussion of a $92,140.00 Grant from the U.S. Department of Justice to implement Section 241 (I) of the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide assistance to states and local governments that are incurring costs due to the incarceration of undocumented criminal aliens during the period 10/1/98 through 6/30/99 – County Judge.
