A)     Approval of Budget Amendment Request #102200 for Court Appointed Attorneys for County Criminal Court #2 in the amount of $35,000 – County Judge. (Briefing 7-20-99)

B)     FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY - Approval of Budget Amendment Request #102180 for Computers for DA Chapter 59-Forfeiture Fund in the amount of $6,400 – County Judge. (Briefing 7-20-99)

F)     Approve Resolution regarding acceptance of Grant Funding as offered by the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division for the Denton County Warrant Research Support Team – County Judge.

For purposes permitted by Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 - Contemplated or Pending Litigation or Settlement Offer, Section 551.072 - Real Property, Section 551.074 - Personnel Matters, Section 551.075 - Conference with Employees and Section 551.076 - Security.
