C)    Approval the continuation of the Denton County Benefit Plan’s exceptions to HIPPA requirements relating to limits on pre-existing condition exclusions and to mental health parity for the plan year that begins on January 1, 2000 and ends December 31, 2000 – County Judge. (Briefing 6-29-99)

D)    Approval amendments to the Denton County Benefit Plan: (1) change the copays for mail order prescriptions, (2) provide for a lab card, and remove the requirement for annual claim forms – County Judge. (Briefing 6-29-99)
