K) Discuss designation of users of the fourth floor of the Denton County Courts Building – County Judge.

L) Discuss Denton County Sheriff’s Office/Communications Department and the background of providing communication/dispatch services for other governmental entities and discuss charging for providing dispatch services for other governmental entities – County Judge.
