A)    Discuss Budget Amendment Request for Computers for the Criminal District Attorney – County Judge.

B)    Discuss Budget Amendment Request for Computers for Constable, Precinct Six– County Judge.

C)    Discuss Budget Amendment Request for North Central Texas Council of Governments/Appropriations – County Judge.

D)    Discuss Budget Amendment Request for Office Machines and the creation of new line items for county purposes for FY1999 for Constable, Precinct Four – County Judge.

A)    Discuss Interlocal Cooperation Project and Agreement for road work to be done on King George Way, King George Road, and January Lane streets in Ponder, Texas between Denton County and the Town of Ponder – County Judge.

5.    BOARDS & COMMITTEES

A)    Discuss the appointment of Mr. John Polster of Innovative Transportation Solutions, Inc. , as the Denton County representative on the Regional Transportation Council’s Surface Transportation Technical Committee – County Judge.

6.    STANDING ITEMS

A)    Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Courts Building, Denton County Annexes, and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

E)    Discuss use of Commissioners Courtroom every fourth Monday of the months July, August, September, October, November, and December 1999 for meetings of the Denton County Amateur Radio Class from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. – County Judge.

F)    Discuss use of Commissioners Courtroom and Conference Room on every fourth Tuesday of the months July, August, September, October, November, and December 1999 from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. for meetings of the Denton County Republican Executive Committee – County Judge.
