G)    Approval of award of bid for the Construction of Medium Security Barracks, Bid #05-99-1210, and any appropriate action – County Judge.

H)    Approval of consulting contract with The Provident Group for environmental support services related to asbestos abatement at the Carroll Building and any appropriate action – County Judge.

I)    Approval of exemption from bidding for asbestos abatement at the Carroll Building according to the provisions of Section 262.024(a)(2) of the Local Government Code and any appropriate action – County Judge.

11.    LEGAL

H)    Approve the Interlocal Contract between the Town of Northlake and Denton County, Texas regarding Crawford Road– County Judge.

I)    Approval of Project to be completed under the Interlocal Agreement between the Town of Northlake and Denton County, Texas – County Judge.
