K)    Discussion of consulting contract with The Provident Group for environmental support services related to asbestos abatement at the Carroll Building - County Judge.

L)    Discussion of exemption from bidding for asbestos abatement at the Carroll Building according to the provisions of Section 262.024(a)(2) of the Local Government Code – County Judge.

6. LEGAL

C)    Discuss Interlocal Contract between the Town of Northlake and Denton County, Texas regarding Crawford Road– County Judge.

D) Discuss Project to be completed under the Interlocal Contract between the Town of Northlake and Denton County, Texas
