3. CONSENT AGENDACitizens should complete a Witness Form located on the side table. Pursuant to State Open Meetings Law the Commissioners Court is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on Agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at a future meeting.
In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak the Commissioners Court has imposed a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

* B) Approval of the following: (1) Excess funds in the amount of $72,232 are available in the 1992 Road Bond Fund from the Bridges, Precinct 1 Project; (2) The excess funds are not needed to fund any of the projects originally listed in the bond documentation; and (3) that excess funds in the amount of $72,232 are to be allocated to the Geesling Road Improvement Project County Judge. CENTRALIZED ROAD& BRIDGE/VEHICLE MAINTENANCE* A) Approve Application For Funding Assistance for Purchases to be made under the Federal Bulletproof Vest Partnership Act Grant, and authorize the County Judge to endorse such application as required by the U.S. Department of Justice County Judge. 12. COUNTY PLANNINGA) Approval of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Krugerville and Denton County County Judge. (Briefing 6-01-99)
* A) Approve June 22, 1999 at 9:10 A.M. as date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider and approve the Rezoning of Tract 2, Abstract 1066 as recommended by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission County Judge. (Briefing 6-01-99)

LEGAL* B) Approve Denton County Commissioners Court joining with the Denton County Economic Development Commission, Business Leaders Council and Denton County Office of the Texas Agricultural Extension Service in hosting a county-wide Water Summit on June 30 at which time everyone is urged to come together to discuss how to best manage drought and water conservation issues now and in the future and funding not to exceed $6,000 Commissioner, Precinct #1.
