1. AUDITOR

A) Discuss reallocating Precinct One Bond Funds from "Bridges" to a new "Geesling Road Improvement" Project – County Judge.

2. PURCHASING

A) Discuss award of bid for Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete, Bid #03-99-1204, to Marock, Inc. for $19.95 per ton Origin and $23.10 per ton Destination – County Judge.

3. BUDGET

A) Discuss Budget Amendment Request for various line items for the Criminal District Attorney/Civil Division – County Judge.

B) Discuss Budget Amendment Request for PediPlace/Appropriations – County Judge.

C)    Discuss Budget Amendment Request for Repairs and Maintenance for the New Courts Building – County Judge.

D)    Discuss Budget Amendment Request for Office Furniture and Office Supplies and the creation of a new line item for county purposes for FY 1998-99 for CPS – County Judge.

E) Discuss Budget Amendment Request for Operating Supplies for Constable, Precinct Two – County Judge.

4. COUNTY CLERK

A) Discuss minutes for September 1, 1998 – County Judge.

5. SHERIFF

A) Discuss application and endorsement by the County Judge for funding assistance under the Federal Bulletproof Vest Partnership Act Grant – County Judge.

6. CENTRALIZED ROAD & BRIDGE/VEHICLE MAINTENANCE

A) Discuss Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the City of Krugerville and Denton County – County Judge.

7. COUNTY PLANNING

A) Discuss Tuesday, June 22, 1999, 9:10 a.m. as the date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider and approve the rezone of Tract 2, Abstract 1066 from AG to R-2 as recommended by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission – County Judge.

8. STANDING ITEMS

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Courts Building and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned and proposed County and State Transportation projects, Denton County's Better, Safer Roads Program and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

C) Discussion of ongoing Economic Development projects - County Judge.

D) Discussion of Denton County Boards & Committees - Commissioners Court.

E) Discussion on the76th Legislative Issues - Commissioners Court.

F) Update Briefing on North America's Superhighway Coalition - County Judge.

9. NON-DEPARTMENTAL

A) Discuss payment for United Cooper for Geesling Road – Commissioner, Precinct One.

B)    Discuss the hiring of Kimberly Venderbeek as Denton County Extension Agent in Family and Consumer Sciences – County Judge.

C) Discuss the Denton County Commissioners Court joining with the Denton County Economic Development Commission, Business Leaders Council and Denton County Office of the Texas Agricultural Extension Service in hosting a county-wide Water Summit on June 30, 1999, at which time everyone is urges to come together to discuss how to best manage drought and water conservation issues now and in the future – Commissioner, Precinct One.

10. LEGAL

A)    Discuss Agreement for Alternative Dispute Resolution Services with the University of North Texas – County Judge.

B)    Discuss Service Agreement between Denton County and DENCO Area 9-1-1 District – County Judge.

C)    Discuss Contract for Addressing Maintenance between Denton County and DENCO Area 9-1-1 District – County Judge.
