Citizens should complete a Witness Form located on the side table. Pursuant to State Open Meetings Law the Commissioners Court is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on Agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at a future meeting.
In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three-minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

* A) Approval of Payroll.
6. PURCHASING
A) Approval of specifications and authority to advertise for Juvenile Detention Control Panel Upgrade, RFP #05-99-1212, and any appropriate action County Judge.
7. BUDGET
A) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101530 for various line items for Criminal District Attorney in the amount of $2,210 County Judge.
8. HUMAN RESOURCES
* A) Approval of orders appointing New Employees. (The appointments for May 25, 1999, have been posted and advertised; and interviews were conducted as set forth in the Denton County Policies adopted by the Commissioners Court, except as otherwise stated in the appointment orders. These appointments are within the Budgetary Restraints.)
9. HEALTH
A) Approval of Emergency Funding Allocation to Pediplace and any appropriate action County Judge.
10. SHERIFF
A) Approve contract for Sheriffs Patrol in the Town of Shady Shores during the summer of 1999 County Judge.
11. CENTRALIZED ROAD& BRIDGE/VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
A) FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY: Acceptance of the Road Superintendent Report for the month of April 1999 County Judge.
12. COUNTY PLANNING
A) Approve the Replat of Canyon Oaks II, Phase II, Lots 3A and 3B, Block G, Precinct 4 County Judge.
B) Approve the Replat of Lots 6R2 and 6R1, Collingwood Estates, Precinct 4 County Judge.
C) Approve Final Plat for Steeplechase Addition, Precinct 4 County Judge.
13. STANDING ITEMS
A) Approval of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Annexes and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.
B) Approval of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned and proposed County and State Transportation projects, Denton County's Better Safer Roads Program and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.
C) Discussion of ongoing Economic Development Projects and any appropriate action - County Judge.
D) Approval of any action regarding Denton Countys Boards and Committees - Commissioners Court.
14. NON-DEPARTMENTALE) Approval of any action regarding the 76th Legislative Session Issues - Commissioners Court.
A) Approval of presentation by Steve Soriano of Robson Communities Development Commissioner, Precinct 4.
B) Approval of agreement between Northlake and Denton County regarding Robson Communities Development Commissioner, Precinct 4.
C) Approve use of Commissioners Courtroom and Conference Room on Tuesday, May 25, 1999, from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. for the monthly meeting of the Denton County Republican Executive Committee County Judge.
D) Approve use of Commissioners Courtroom on Wednesday, May 26, 1999, from 5 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. County Judge.
