A) Discuss Budget Amendment Request for various line items for the County Clerk & Non-Departmental - County Judge.
B) Discuss Budget Amendment Request for new instruments for the Telephone Department - County Judge.
C) Discuss Budget Amendment Request for Part-time Employees for Public Health/Clinical - County Judge.

D) Discuss changing a part-time Administrative Assistant position to a full-time Administrative Assistant in the Historical Commission - County Judge.

A) Discuss contract amendment with the Texas Department of Health regarding an additional $25,157 in FY98 Title V Fee for Services grant funding - County Judge.
7. STANDING ITEMS
A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Annexes and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.
B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned and proposed County and State Transportation projects, Denton County's Better, Safer Roads Program and any action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

A) Discuss use of The Colony Government Center on the second and third Mondays & Wednesdays of each month from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. for a meeting of the Greater Dallas Council on Alcohol & Drug Abuse. This request is for Monday, May 10 & 17 and Wednesday, May 12 & 19, 1999 - County Judge.
B) Discuss use of Commissioners Courtroom every fourth Monday of the month for a meeting of the Denton County Amateur Radio Class from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. This request is for Monday, May 24, 1999. - County Judge.
9. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS AND MEETINGS
A) Tuesday, May 18, 1999: 1999 Summit Meeting hosted by UNT Alcohol & Drug Education Coalition for the Denton County Substance Abuse Commission from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the UNT Union Building, Silver Eagle Suite.
B) Tuesday, May 18, 1999: Commissioners Court will meet at 2 p.m. for an abbreviated meeting.
