In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

A) Approval of Resolution proclaiming the week of May 2 - 8, 1999 as Local Arson Awareness Week in Denton County - County Judge.

5. COUNTY AUDITOR

A) Approval of Bill Report.

(Payments from Adult Probation, Community Corrections, Pre-Trial Services and District Attorney Check Fee Fund are presented for recording purposes only.)

* B) Approval of the following:

(1) excess funds in the amount of $35,840 are available in the 1992 Road Bond Fund from the following projects:

Ryan Road Project $28,983.96

McReynolds Road Project 4,212.50

Road Material Haul Project 2,329.55

Country Club Road Project 313.99

(2) The excess funds are not needed to fund any of the projects originally listed in the bond documentation;
