A) Discuss specifications and authority to advertise for Construction of Medium Security Barracks, Bid #04-99- 1209 - County Judge.

B) Discuss rejection of bid for a Sheriff's Patrol Boat,. Bid #02-99-1200 - County Judge.

A) Discuss Budget Amendment Request for National Association of Counties & North America's Super Highway Coalition/Appropriations - County Judge.

B) Discuss Budget Amendment Request for Office Furniture & Equipment for Information Services - County Judge.

4. HUMAN RESOURCES

A) Discuss job description and ranking for Director of Administration in the Criminal District Attorney's Office - County Judge.

C) Discuss revision of the Military Leave Policy - County Judge.

D) Discuss request for a License & Weights Deputy for Constable, Precinct Two - County Judge.

5. SHERIFF

A) Discuss any appropriate action to approve the upgrade of Sheriff's Communications Vacant Slot #023-CM from Grade 21 (Officer) to Grade 22 (Corporal) - County Judge.

B) Discuss any appropriate action to approve the upgrade of Sheriff's Boat/Patrol Deputy Frank Polley Grade 21 (Slot #051-SO) to Corporal Grade 22 with yearly pay set at $29,000.00 - County Judge.

C) Discuss any appropriate action to approve the upgrade of Sheriff's Boat/Patrol Deputy Elliott Robertson Grade 21 (Slot #094-SO) to Corporal Grade 22 with yearly pay set at $29,000.00 - County Judge.

6. CENTRALIZED ROAD & BRIDGE/VEHICLE MAINTENANCE

A) Discuss Gibson and Associates making the necessary repairs on several bridges - County Judge.

B) Discuss Letter of Concurrence to TxDOT for the replacement of bridges on Mustang, Parvin & Mobberly Roads - County Judge.

7. BOARDS & COMMITTEES

A) Discuss the appointments of Robert M. (Bob) Estes and Howard W. Smith to the Denton County Historical Commission - County Judge.

8. STANDING ITEMS

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Annexes and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned and proposed County and State Transportation projects, Denton County's Better, Safer Roads Program and any action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

B) Discuss a tax refund over $500.00 for U.S. Bancorp Leasing & Financial - County Judge.

C) Discuss use of the CHOS Lawn every Saturday in the months from May through October, 1999 from 9 a.m. until 12 Noon for Acoustic Lawn Jam sponsored by Denton Main Street Association - County Judge.

D) Discuss use of the CHOS Lawn every Thursday in the months May and June, 1999 from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. for Twilight Tunes sponsored by Denton Main Street Association - County Judge.

E) Discuss use of the CHOS Facilities on Saturday, June 12, 1999 from 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. for the Denton Main Street Association sponsored Dog Days & the History Channel's Great Race.

F) Discuss use of the CHOS Facilities on Saturday, September 11, 1999 from 7 a.m. until 11 p.m. for the Denton Main Street Association sponsored Main Street Day (formerly County Seat Saturday) - County Judge.

10. LEGAL

A) Discuss the Agreement for Maintenance and Operation of a Greenbelt in Denton County between Corps of Engineers, Denton County and Texas Department of Transportation - County Judge.

B) Discuss Performance Bond for Steeplechase L.L.P. pursuant to Local Government Code Section 232..004 and Denton County Subdivision Rules & Regulations Section V, Subsections 19 & 20 - County Judge.
