Citizens should complete a Witness Form located on the side table. Pursuant to State Open Meetings Law the Commissioners Court is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on Agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at a future meeting.
In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

B) Approval of selecting engineering firms recommended by Innovative Transportation Solutions, Inc. as the most qualified firms for the initial issuance of the Better, Safer Roads Program and authorize contract negotiations, and any appropriate action - County Judge.
* C) Approve award of bid for flexbase (Grade 1, Type a), Bid #02-99-1201, to Marock, Inc. for 43.00 per ton FOB Origin and $8.52 per ton FOB Destination, and any appropriation action - County Judge. (Briefing 4-6-99)

* A) Approval of resignation of Carol Johnson from the Workforce Development Board and appointment of Jo Montague-Laney as her replacement - County Judge. (Briefing 4-6-99)
