6. CENTRALIZED ROAD & BRIDGE/VEHICLE MAINTENANCE

A) Discuss use of excess 1991 Bond Funds from Commissioner Precinct One Projects #20 in the amount of $160,000 for reconstruction and paving of all street in Wynnwood Haven Subdivision - County Judge.

7. STANDING ITEMS

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Annex's and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned and proposed County and State Transportation projects, Denton County's Better, Safer Roads Program and any action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

A) Discuss permission for Marshall Creek Police Department to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with U.S.Corp of Engineers to provide General Patrol of Marshall Creek Park on Lake Grapevine - Commissioner Precinct Four.

B) Discuss use of The Colony Government Center Meeting Room every 2nd Wednesday of the month from 9:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. for mediation of JP cases from Judge Hollifield and others by the Multi-door Dispute Resolution, Inc. This request is for Wednesday, May 12, 1999 - County Judge.

C) Discuss approval of cooperative roadway improvements with the Town of Bartonville - Commissioner, Precinct Three.

D) Discuss realignment of Constable/Justice of the Peace Precinct Seven - County Judge.

E) Discuss any action regarding the renaming of the Joseph A. Carroll Courts Building - County Judge.

F) Discuss any action regarding the Denton County Human Resource Grant Application as recommended by the Citizens Budget Advisory Committee - County Judge.

G) Discuss acceptance of completion of the continuing education provisions of Texas Local Government Code Article 81.0025 by Commissioner Jeff Krueger for 1998 - Commissioner, Precinct One.

H) Discuss use of the CHOS Lawn on every Wednesday in the months of May and June from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. for the annual Concerts on the Square sponsored by the City of Denton - County Judge.

I) Discuss resolution on designating the week of April 25 through May 1, 1999 as Crime Victims' Rights Week - County Judge.

J) Discuss the hiring of Justin D. Rogers as Denton County Extension Agent for 4-H - County Judge.

K) Discuss presentation by Mrs. Carolyn Phillips regarding locating public facilities in predominately minority residential areas - Commissioner, Precinct Four.

9. LEGAL

A) Discuss the Agreement for Maintenance and Operation of a Greenbelt in Denton County between Corps of Engineers, Denton County and Texas Department of Transportation - County Judge.
