1. PURCHASING

A) Discuss the selection of Huber, Hunt & Nichols, Inc. for Construction Management Service for the Joseph A. Carroll Building Remodeling and authority to negotiate a contract - County Judge.

B) Discuss award for Security Guard Service, RFP #02-99-1203 - County Judge.

C) Discuss award of Bid for Flexbase (Grade 1, Type A), Bid #02-99-1201 to Marock, Inc. for $3.00 per ton FOB Origin and $8.52 per ton FOB Destination - County Judge.

D) Discuss specifications and authority to advertise for Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete, Bid #03-99-1204 - County Judge.

A) Discuss Budget Amendment Request for various line items for the Criminal District Attorney's Civil & Telephone Divisions - County Judge.

B) Discuss Budget Amendment Request for Office Supplies for Commissioner, Precinct Four - County Judge.

C) Discuss Budget Amendment Request to increase revenues and allocate State Training fees for Criminal District Attorney, Constables in Precincts 1 - 6 and the Fire Marshal - County Judge.

D) Discuss Budget Amendment Request for Computers for Justice of the Peace, Precinct Two - County Judge.

E) Discuss Budget Amendment Request to increase revenues and allocate expenditures for Salary & Benefits for Emergency Preparedness Grant/Emergency Management - County Judge.

3. SHERIFF

A) Discuss a request by Sheriff Lucas that Denton County write a Letter of Intent to the City of Denton expressing our agreement to meet the requirements of the Denton Landscape Ordinance where the new Pretrial Facility Parking Lot abuts Ruddell Street - County Judge.

4. STANDING ITEMS

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Annex's and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned and proposed County and State Transportation projects, Denton County's Better, Safer Roads Program and any action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

C) Discussion of ongoing Economic Development projects and any appropriate action - County Judge.

D) Discussion of Denton County Boards & Committees - Commissioners Court.

E) Discussion of any action regarding 76th Legislative Issues - Commissioners Court.

C) Discuss any action regarding the renaming of the Joseph A. Carroll Courts Building - Commissioners Court.

D) Discuss use of the Ceremonial Courtroom in the Denton County Courts Building (or the Central Jury Room) on Friday, April 9, 1999 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. for the Denton County Bar Association to hold their second annual Denton County Bench Bar Conference - County Judge.

E) Discuss tax refunds over $500.00 for Wal Mart Stores, Inc. - County Judge.

F) Discuss Y2K Presentation by the Fire Marshal/Emergency Management - County Judge.

G) Discuss accepting resignation of Carol Johnson from the Workforce Development Board and the appointment of Jo Montague-Laney as her replacement - County Judge.

H) Discuss use of Commissioners Courtroom on Monday, April 26, 1999, for a monthly meeting of the Denton County Amateur Radio Class from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. - County Judge.

I) Discuss use of Commissioners Courtroom and Conference Room on Tuesday, April 27, 1999 from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. for the monthly meeting of the Denton County Republican Executive Committee - County Judge.

J) Discuss use of The Colony Government Center on the first Monday - May 3 - and first Wednesday - May 5 - of each month from 5:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. for a meeting of the Greater Dallas Council on Alcohol & Drug Abuse - County Judge.

K) Discuss use of The Colony Government Center on Tuesday, May 11, 1999 from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. for a meeting of The Colony Amateur Radio Club - County Judge.

L) Discuss use of The Colony Government Center every 2nd Wednesday of the month - May 12, 1999 - from 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. .for mediation of JP cases by Multi-Door Dispute Resolution, Inc. - County Judge.

M) Discuss use of the 1896 Room for Thursday, May 13, 1999 for a monthly meeting of the North Texas Handspinners & Weavers Guild from 6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. - County Judge.

N) Discuss use of Commissioners Courtroom, 1896 Room and Conference Room on Saturday, October 16, 1999 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. for the Denton County Amateur Radio Association's ADenton Hamfest >99" - County Judge.
