E) Discuss revision of job description for Detention Officer II/Medical and Detention Officer III/Medical for Jail Health - County Judge.

12. NON-DEPARTMENTAL

E) Approve an Amended and Restated Order authorizing the issuance of ADenton County, Texas, Permanent Improvement and Refunding Bonds, Series 1999"; specifying the terms and features of said bonds; levying a continuing direct annual ad valorem tax for the payment of said bonds; and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, sale, payment and delivery of said bonds, including the approval and execution of a Purchase Contract and a Special Escrow Agreement and the approval and distribution of an Official Statement - County Judge.
