B) Discuss Budget Amendment Request for Victim Notification Services and the creation of new line items for county purposes for FY 1998-99 for the Victim Notification Grant/Criminal District Attorney - County Judge.

C) Discuss Budget Amendment Request for Salary & Benefits for the Auto Theft Prevention Grant/Criminal District Attorney - County Judge.

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Annex's and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned and proposed County and State Transportation projects, Denton County's Better, Safer Roads Program and any action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

C) Discussion of ongoing Economic Development projects and any appropriate action - County Judge.

D) Discussion of Denton County Boards & Committees - Commissioners Court.

E) Discussion of any action regarding 76th Legislative Issues - Commissioners Court.

7. NON-DEPARTMENTAL

A) Discuss use of The Colony Government Center on the first Monday and first Wednesday of each month from 5:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. for a meeting of the Greater Dallas Council on Alcohol & Drug Abuse. This request is for Monday, March 1 and Wednesday, March 3, 1999 - County Judge.

B) Discuss use of The Colony Government Center Meeting Room every 2nd Wednesday of the month from 9:30a.m. until 5 p.m. for mediation of JP cases from Judge Hollifield and others by the Multi-door Dispute Resolution, Inc. This request is for Wednesday, March 10, 1999 - County Judge.

C) Discuss use of the CHOS East Lawn ( Commissioners Courtroom, in case of rain), for Saturday, March 20, 1999 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. for a wedding - County Judge.

D) Discuss use of Commissioners Courtroom, Conference Room and the 1896 Room for a wedding on Saturday, April 17, 1999 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and on Friday, April 16 for the rehearsal from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. - County Judge.

8. LEGAL

A) Discuss Agreement for Restoration Manager's Services between Denton County, Denton County Historical Commission and Denton County Historical Park Foundation, Inc. - County Judge.

9. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS AND MEETINGS

A) Monday & Tuesday, February 22 & 23: Denton County Day in Austin

B) Tuesday, February 23: Commissioners Court will not meet

C) Thursday, February 25: Commissioners Court will meet at 10:00 a.m. for Formal Agenda only.
