In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

B) Approval of cancellation of contract with Mansfield Oil Company for Gas and Diesel, Bid #10-98-1192, due to non-performance and approval of award of bid to the next lowest bidder, Lucky Lady Oil Company, for a firm profit margin of $0.0200 for both gasoline and diesel, and any appropriate action - County Judge.
