A) Discuss the 1999 Equal Employment Opportunity Plan - Employment Initiative Program - County Judge.

B) Discuss changes to the job description of the Counsel to the Sheriff in the District Attorney's office - County Judge.

C) Discuss creation of the position, Felony Investigator, in the Texas Narcotics Control Program - County Judge.

2. COUNTY CLERK

A) Discuss minutes for June 9, 1998 - County Judge.

3. HEALTH

A) Discuss contract with HMO Blue to provide Texas Health Steps Service for HMO Blue Medicaid Managed Care recipients at 120% of Medicaid rates - County Judge.

4. COUNTY PLANNING

A) Discuss date and time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider and approve the replat of Lot 17, Block 2, East Ponder Estates, Precinct Four - County Judge.

B) Discuss the replat of Lot 11, Lakecrest Meadow Subdivision, Precinct One - County Judge.

5. BOARDS & COMMITTEES

A) Discuss acceptance of resignation of Roger Ludlam as Director of the Denton County Levee Improvement District #1 and appointment of Eugene Eng as the replacement director - County Judge.

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building, Denton County Annex's and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned and proposed County and State Transportation projects, Denton County's Better, Safer Roads Program and any action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

C) Discussion of ongoing Economic Development projects and any appropriate action - County Judge.

D) Discussion of Denton County Boards & Committees - Commissioners Court.

E) Discussion of any action regarding 76th Legislative Issues - Commissioners Court.

G) Briefing update on North America's Superhighway Coalition - County Judge.

H) Discuss any appropriate action regarding repairs and restoration of water damage to the Denton County Courts Building - County Judge.

7. NON-DEPARTMENTAL

A) Discuss names to be drawn from 1998's Grand Jury list to form the nine committee membership of the Denton County Salary Grievance Committee - County Judge.

B) Discuss approval of Strategic Planning Policy - Commissioner, Precinct Two.

C) Discuss the participation of Denton County in the Water Conservation Garden project sponsored by the Upper Trinity Regional Water District - County Judge.

8. LEGAL

A) Discuss the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Ambulance Services between Denton County and the Town of Trophy Club - County Judge.

B) Discuss sale to Prehlad S. Vachher an adjoining property owner of an abandoned strip of land along the North boundary line of 216.404 acres of land situated in the B.B.B.& C.R. Company Survey, Abstract No. 169, Denton County, Texas - County Judge.
