E) Discussion and approval of exemption from bidding for purchasing of services and materials to repair water damage to Denton County Courts Building pursuant to Local Government Code, Section 262.024(a)(3). This posting is due to the reasonably unforeseeable circumstances of the recent flooding of the Denton County Courts Building and the need to expedite repairs pursuant to Government Code, Section 551.045 - County Judge.

NOTE: Pursuant to Section 551.071 (1)(A) and (B) Texas Government Code - This posting in an emergency agenda item for Denton County Commissioners court to consider/discuss to take immediate action regarding a reasonably unforeseeable situation requiring immediate action by the County.
