A) Discussion on use of the Ceremonial Courtroom on the 2nd floor of the Denton County Courts Building on Friday, January 1, 1999 by the Criminal District Attorney for the purpose of deputizing and swearing in his staff for his next term of office - County Judge.

B) Discussion of ratification of Commissioners Court Order 97-0252, dated April 29, 1997, and amendment of that Court Order to add and include the following: "...and creation of Justice Precinct 7 in Denton County to be served by a duly elected or appointed Justice of the Peace, Precinct 7 and a duly elected or appointed Constable, Precinct 7 - County Judge.
