A) Discussion on the appointment of Linda A. Souder to the Denton County Historical Commission as endorsed by the Executive Committee of the DCHC - County Judge.

A) Approval of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff's Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Building and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Approval of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned and proposed County and State Transportation projects, Denton County's Better, Safer Roads Program and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

1) Determine the funding method for remodeling project of the Carroll Building;

2) Finalize the process to proceed, including time line.

C) Discussion on the request of the Denton Family Resource Center to provide services at the county-owned house at 1316 East McKinney Street, Denton - Commissioner, Precinct One.

D) Discussion on use of Commissioners Courtroom for Monday, November 23, 1998 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. for the Denton County Amateur Radio Association Meeting - County Judge.

A) Discussion of Amendment to the Construction Agreement between Denton County and Motor Speedway Partners, Ltd., and the construction Agreement between Denton County and Glenn Thurman, Inc. to remove from said Agreement the unit associated with Spun Bearing Circle - County Judge.
