In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

A) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100120 to transfer salary and benefits for the Chief Clerk for JP and Constable, Precinct Seven to Constable, Precinct One for a two month training period in the amount of $5,404 - County Judge.

B) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100140 for new instruments and telephone equipment for the Telephone Department in the amount of $4,335 - County Judge.

* C) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #100050 for computers for Human Resources in the amount of $1,800 - County Judge. (Briefing 10- 13- 98)

* D) Approval on changing slot #003-AE from part-time to full-time and Budget Amendment Request #100060 to increase revenues and allocate expenses for various salary and benefit line items for JJAEP in the amount of $24,880 - County Judge. (Briefing 10 - 13 -98)

11. COUNTY PLANNING

* A) Approval of final plat for Cinnamon Ridge Addition, Phase II, Precinct Four and approval of privately maintained public easements which are not dedicated roads to Denton County and are not to be maintained by Denton County - County Judge. (Briefing 10-13-98)
