B) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Fleet Vehicles, Bid # 10-98-1189 - County Judge.

C) Discussion of specifications and authority to advertise for Employee Assistance Program, RFP #09-98-1188, - County Judge.

2. BUDGET

A) Discussion of Budget Amendment Request for VCR/projection equipment for the Department of Information Services - County Judge.

B) Discussion on changing slot #003-AE from part-time to full-time and Budget Aemdnemt Request to increase revenues and allocate expenses for various salary and benefit line items for JJAEP - County Judge.

1) Determine the funding method for remodeling project of Carroll Building;

2) Finalize the process to proceed, including time line.

C) Discussion on use of Commissioners Courtroom and Conference Room on Tuesday, October 27, 1998 from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. for the monthly meeting of the Denton County Republican Party - County Judge.

D) Discussion on use of the Carroll Building Parking Lot on Thursday, October 29, 1998 from 2:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. by the Student Council at Ryan High School to stage a parade - County Judge.

E) Discussion on use of The Colony Government Center on Tuesday, November 3, 1998 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. for a meeting of The Colony Amateur Radio Club - County Judge.

F) Discussion on use of the Carrollton Government Center on Friday, November 6, 1998 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. for the Annual Meeting of the 2281 Homeowners Association, Inc. - County Judge.

A) Discussion of Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between Denton County and the City of Coppell - County Judge.

B) Discussion of Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between Denton County and the City of Krum - County Judge.
