Citizens should complete a Witness Form located on the side table. Pursuant to State Open Meetings Law the Commissioners Court is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on Agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at a future meeting.
In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.
3. PUBLIC HEARINGS
10:00 am A) Approve the Rezoning of Lakeview Ranchettes except Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block B, from MH to PD with the following conditions: (1) two parking spaces per dwelling unit, (2) minimum floor are for dwelling is 800 square feet, (3) minimum front yard setback is 30 feet, (4) minimum side and rear yard setback is 5 feet, (5) Manufactured Homes (used) will require a Special Use Permit, (6) Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks are not allowed - County Judge.
10:05 am B) Approve Special Use Permit for an Accessory Dwelling for Tract 6A, Abstract 497, Precinct 1, as requested by Mr. Donald J. Pennau and as recommended by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission - County Judge.
