B) Discussion on declaring Computers & miscellaneous office equipment as surplus, authorizing a Sealed Bid Sale and advertising - County Judge.

2. HUMAN RESOURCES

A) Discussion on changing job titles in Juvenile Detention, Juvenile Post-Adjudication and the Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program - County Judge.

B) Discussion on revision of job titles and job descriptions for Deputy Sheriffs (pay grade 21) in the Sheriff’s Department - County Judge.

A) Discussion of the minutes for March 3, 1998 - County Judge.

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Sheriff’s Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Courts Building and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned and proposed County and State Transportation projects, Denton County’s Better, Safer Roads Program and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

A) Discussion of the notification from the Center for Dispute Resolution of Denton County that they do not wish to renew the ADR Service Agreement (expires September 30, 1998) with Denton County Commissioners Court for 1998-1999 - County Judge.

B) Discussion on use of the CHOS Lawn ( Commissioners Court, in case of rain) for Saturday, October 17, 1998 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. for a wedding - County Judge.

A) Discussion of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Detention Services between Denton County and Wise County - County Judge.

B) Discussion of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Juvenile Post Adjudication Facility Services between Denton County and Wise County - County Judge.

C) Discussion of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Fire Protection Services between Denton County and the Krum Volunteer Fire Department - County Judge.

D) Discussion of Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between the City of Lake Dallas and Denton County-County Judge.

E) Discussion of Cooperative Purchasing Agreement between the City of Northlake and Denton County- County Judge.
