In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

B) Approve a One-Time Special Use Permit for a Temporary Vendor issued to Mr. David York for Lots 1, 2 & 3, Block B of the Lakeview Ranchettes to expire July 5, 1999 as recommended by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning and Zoning Commission - Commissioners Court.

A) Approval of request to create (2) two 2nd Chair Misdemeanor Prosecutors/Grade 26, (1) one Chief Misdemeanor Prosecutor/Grade 27, (1) Misdemeanor Investigator/Grade 22 for the Criminal District Attorney’s Office, and (1) Warrant Deputy/Grade 21 for the Sheriff’s Department effective September 1, 1998 for County Criminal Court #4 to be funded from salary attrition in each department budget for FY 1997-98 - County Judge.

B) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101820 for Appropriations - MHMR in the amount of $25,000 - County Judge.

C) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101740 for Various Line Items for the County Clerk, County Criminal Court #4 and Criminal District Attorney in the amount of $16,295 - County Judge.

D) Approval of Budget Amendment Request #101760 to increase revenues, transfer from unappropriated contingency and the creation of new line items for county purposes for FY 1997-98 for Pediplace in the amount of $25,000 - County Judge.

E) Acceptance of the effective and rollback tax rates for tax year 1998 - County Judge. (Formal 7-28-98)
