In order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the opportunity to speak, the Commissioners Court has imposed a three minute limitation on persons addressing the Court.

9. COUNTY PLANNING

A) Approval of PUBLIC HEARING, Tuesday, August 11, 1998, 6:30 P.M. at the Courthouse-on-the-Square in the Commissioners Courtroom to consider and approve amendments to the Denton County Subdivision Rules & Regulations and Denton County Platting Fee Schedule - County Judge.

10. STANDING ITEMS

A Approval of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: Juvenile Detention Expansion, Sheriff’s Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge, Carroll Courts Building and future Denton County Satellite Facilities - Commissioners Court.

B) Approval of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned and proposed County and State Transportation projects, Denton County’s Better, Safe Roads Program and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.
