A) Discussion of Tuesday, June 23, 1998, 10:00 a.m. as the time to conduct a Public Hearing to consider and approve revisions to the Lake Ray Roberts Land Use Ordinance as recommended by the Lake Ray Roberts Planning & Zoning Commission - County Judge.

B) Discussion of preliminary plat for Stony Hills, Phase Two, Precinct Four - County Judge.

A) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: New Court Facility, Juvenile Detention Expansion, Sheriff’s Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge and Carroll Courts Building - Commissioners Court.

B) Discussion on use of Commissioners Courtroom on Wednesday, June 3, 1998, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. by the American Legion Post 71 for a briefing of candidates for Boy’s State on county government - County Judge.

C) Discussion on use of Commissioners Courtroom on Thursday, June 18, 1998, from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. by the Alliance Bar Association for a meeting - County Judge.

D) Discussion on use of the Courthouse Lawn on Saturday, July 25, 1998 from 1:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. for a wedding - County Judge.

E) Discussion on use of Commissioners Courtroom on Monday, August 24, 1998, from 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. for a wedding and on Sunday, August 23, 1998, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. for the rehearsal - County Judge.
