A) Approval of any appropriate action regarding project development, construction progress and change orders to ongoing Denton County Projects: New Courts Facility, Juvenile Detention Expansion, Sheriff’s Office/Jail, Centralized Road & Bridge and Carroll Courts Building - Commissioners Court.

B) Approval of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned and proposed County and State Transportation projects and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

1.the Denton County Courts Building as the official county courthouse and the seat of county government where the business of the County may be conducted;
