10. LEGAL

G) Approval of possible action related to Denton County Historical Commission and Denton County Historical Museum, including:

1. Revision of job descriptions,

2. Designation of persons authorized to implement the budget of the Denton County Historical Museum,

3. Designation of persons authorized to make purchases from the budget of the Denton County Historical Museum,

4. Direction to the Denton County Historical Commission to resume direct operation and management of the Denton County Historical Museum owned by the County; to acquire artifacts and other museum paraphernalia in the name of the museum or the commission; and to supervise any employees hired by the Commissioners Court to operate the museum; and,

5. Any appropriate action. - County Judge.

H) Approval of retention of services of museum professional auditor as may be recommended by the American Association of Museums or the Texas Association of Museums - Commissioner, Precinct Three.
