A)Approval of exemption from bidding for professional Audit/Inventory Services from Patillo, Brown & Hill according to the provisions to the provisions of Section 262.024 (4) of the Local Government Code and approval of contract and any appropriate action - County Judge.

B)Approval of specifications and authority to advertise for SH 51 Construction, Bid #01-98-1154 and any appropriate action- County Judge.
