9. COUNTY PLANNING

B) Approve Final Plat for Castle Hills, Phase I, Sections A, B & C and approval of privately maintained public easements which are not dedicated roads to Denton County and are not to be maintained by Denton County - Commissioners, Precinct Two.

12. NON-DEPARTMENTAL

J) Authorize the County Judge to send a letter on behalf of the Commissioners Court urging the Denton County Historical Museum, Inc., the Denton County Historical Commission and all stakeholders to appoint and authorize a representative of each entity to enter into a good faith effort to mediate with a mutually agreeable mediator, a resolution of all current disputes and differences - Commissioner, Precinct Two.

K) Approval of amending the Denton County Historical Commission Bylaws to include Robert’s Rules of Order - County Judge.

13. LEGAL

C) Approval of a Construction Agreement between Denton County and Texas and Motor Speedway Partners, Ltd., regarding the construction of State Highway Spur 51 from State Highway 114 to Elizabethtown Road - County Judge.
