9. NON-DEPARTMENTALH) Discussion regarding a resolution recognizing Marcus High School Marauders as 1997 State 5A - Division 2 Champions and proclaiming 1998 to be the Denton County Year of the Marcus High School Marauders - Commissioner,Precinct Three.
I) Discuss authorization of the County Judge sending a letter on behalf of the Commissioners Court urging the Denton County Historical Museum, Inc., the Denton County Historical Commission and all stakeholders to appoint and authorize a representative of each entity to enter into a good faith effort to mediate with a mutually agreeable mediator, a resolution of all current disputes and differences - Commissioner, Precinct Two.
J) Discussion on amending the Denton County Historical Commission Bylaws to include Robert’s Rules of Order -County Judge.
10. LEGAL
E) Discussion of Kroger Pharmacy Plan Participation Agreement between Denton County and Kroger for Public Health pharmacy services in Lewisville - County Judge.
F) Discussion of a Construction Agreement between Denton County and Texas and Motor Speedway Partners, Ltd., regarding the construction of State Highway Spur 51 from State Highway 114 to Elizabethtown Road - County Judge.
