A) Discussion of the procedure for disposal of dead animals on county roads and who is responsible for removal - County Judge.

7. COUNTY PLANNING

A) Discussion of final plat for Barnett Estates, Lots 1 - 15, Precinct Four - County Judge.

B) Discussion of final plat for Castle Hills, Phase I, Sections A,B & C, Precinct Two - County Judge.

B) Discussion of any appropriate action regarding ongoing, planned and proposed County and State Transportation projects and any necessary action regarding the modification of the Denton County Master Thoroughfare Plan - Commissioners Court.

C) Update Briefing on North Americas’ Superhighway Coalition - County Judge.

D) Discussion of Denton County Boards & Committees - Commissioners Court.

E) Discussion on the creation of a Denton County Substance Abuse Commission - County Judge.

9. NON-DEPARTMENTAL

A) Discussion of the 1997 Annual Report on the Denton County Historical Commission - Commissioner, Precinct One.

B) Discussion of authorization for Denton County Budget Officer to prepare Budget Amendment to effect separation of Denton County Historical Museum employees from Denton County employment and any appropriate action- Commissioner, Precinct Three.

C) Discussion of separation of Denton County Historical Museum employees from Denton County employment, including but not limited to the following:

1. Delete from Denton County Budget appropriations related to Historical Museum personnel;

2. Delete personnel position 001-HM Director of Historical Museum/Commission;

3. Delete personnel position 002-HM Collection Management Assistant;

4. Delete personnel position 003-HM Administrative Secretary;

5. Delete personnel benefits for positions 001-HM, 002-HM and 003-HM;

6. De-certify enrollment of persons in slots 001-HM, 002-HM and 003-HM in the Texas County and District and Retirement System; and any appropriate related action - Commissioner, Precinct Three.

D)Discussion of authorization for Denton County Budget Officer to prepare Budget Amendment to effect funding changes to the Denton County Historical Museum, and any related appropriate action - Commissioner, Pct. Three.

E)Discussion of authorization for Denton County Budget Officer to prepare Budget Amendment to effect funding changes to the Denton County Historical Commission, and any appropriate related action - Comm., Pct. Three.

F) Discussion of authorization for Inventory and/or Audit of all artifacts, documents, historical memorabilia and personal property in the possession, custody or control of the Denton County Historical Commission and/or the Denton County Historical Museum, Inc. and any appropriate related action - Commissioner, Precinct Three.

G) Discussion of Recommended Amendment’s to NCTCOG’s Bylaws - County Judge.

10. LEGAL

A) Discussion of Service Agreement between Denton County and Denton County Mental Health Mental Retardation Center - County Judge.

B) Discussion of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Road Improvements between the City of Denton and Denton County, Texas - County Judge.

C) Discussion of the Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for fire protection services between Denton County and the Aubrey Volunteer Fire Department - County Judge.

D) Discussion of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for library services between Denton County and the City of Aubrey - County Judge.
